O R D E R:

1.In the G.O.1st read above scheme of compassionate appointments to the dependents of the deceased Government employees was introduced, in the G.O.2nd read above further instructions were issued on the scheme of compassionate appointments to the dependents of the deceased Government employees, in the G.O.3rd read above the scheme was extended to the employees working in Aided/ZPP/Municipal Management Schools. 

2.Government in the Memo.4th read above clarified that the children of the deceased 
employees working in Aided Schools are eligible for compassionate appointments based on the qualification in any Government Office/Schools.

3.Again in the Memo.5th read above, the orders were cancelled and specificb instructions were issued to the effect that the children of the deceased employees working in Aided Schools are eligible for compassionate appointments only in that School. Subsequently Government imposed ban on creation/filling up of existing vacancies of aided posts in the recognized Aided Schools and also issued orders that the ban orders are applicable for the appointments on compassionate grounds in the Aided Schools and these orders are still in force. 

4.In the Government Memo.8th read above the Minutes of the Meeting convened by the Hon’ble Chief Minister with Teacher MLCs and JACTO Leaders held on 03.11.2008 
requested for issue of necessary orders on the decision taken in the meeting is one of the decision is for revival of compassionate appointments in aided institution by taking district as a Unit instead of School as a Unit subject to outcome of the orders of the Supreme Court in C.A.No.9541/07.

5.Government have examined the matter in detail and agreed to revive the scheme of 
compassionate appointment to the dependents of the deceased aided employees working in aided institutions in terms of G.O.3rd read above by taking district as a Unit and providing them employment in ZP/ MPP / Government offices (Not in aided institutions). 

6.This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their 
U.O.No.24780 /340/A1/Pen.I/09, Dated: 30.09.2009.

Sir I K.Vijayarekha, my father was expired April 2016 in-service only he has still 3 years for retirement He doesn't have sons but two daughters he has that is me and my younger sister we both are married, my sister's husband is a Govt. employee. Me and my husband both are Unemployed. My mother is not willing to do job because she is UN healthy age 46 years.

    So, My problem is does this job will gets to a married daughter myself that to no objection of family members. please kindly clarify my problem and give me some information about married daughter Go's also

Sir , I R S Reddy, My Father was expired on 07-02-2015 working in Kurnool District aided school has SG Teacher while he was in service.I am the only son and unmarried and have no brothers and sisters. I am living with my mother and no other relations are in our house. i am unemployed and dependent of my father. In Other districts Government has Provided Compassionate appointment Order......
    In Kurnool District not Proving the Compassionate Appointment to me >>...
    There is a Memo No 35252 as per not proving to me... In G.O.Ms.No 113. government ha examined the matter in detail and agreed to revive the Scheme of compassionate appointment to the dependent of the deceased aided employees working in aided institutions in terms by taking district as a unit and providing them employment in ZP/MPP/government offices(Not in aided institutions). See the the G.O.Ms no 113.
    In Kurnool District any one not giving response G.O.Ms 113 ....
    Kindly I Request any Union Leader Or Any Govt Officer pls tell me how to move my further

    1. have u applied for the appointment within one year or not and as per G.O.Ms 568 your eligible for appointment and as per G.O.Ms.No.05 of 2016 you have to hurry and represent to the govt and appeal for appointment your school correspondent must forward your proposals to govt in time and there is no ban for compassionate appointment dont go through G.O.113 because its bad and under consideration..for any help call me 9700478157 arshad from hyd.

  3. there is no ban in aided schools now the AP Govt has drawn ban in jan 2017 you just go through G.O.568 and G.O.05 of 2016 you will get it dont file as per 113 coz its bad as per Hon Ble supreme court order in slp 9541 of 2007

  4. Hi sir my name is ch.nagarjunarao.maa naana garu aided school lo work chesthu 18-05-2004na in service lo chanipoinaaru. Appudu compassinate appointment application ivvataniki velithe ban unnadani teesukondi.2009 lo Go.no.113 vachinapudu application ichinnanu.ap govt Go.no 1o,Go.no11 ichinattu. Ee gos prakaram 20-10-2004 nundi 2009 varku ani echina du.maa naana garu chanipoinadaniki18-05-2004 ki 20-10-2004 gap 5months matrame unnadi .nenu only son inka evaru leru. Deeniki nenu ela follow kavali please help me

    My Father was working as a Junior Lecturer in a Aided college in Anantapur district.Unfortunately he expired on 23.12.2017. Now I want to apply for the post. I have passed B.Tech in 2015. It would be really helpful if you could provide all the necessary GOs related to compassionate appointment in Aided college.

  6. Sir, my name is Suresh my brother expired in road exdent.but he as unmarred. I only brother I apply to compassionate appointment through head master at D.E.O. office number of times but repply are given elder brother no appointment. Please help me sir.
