• And offer The OTP will then be delivered to the registered mobile number given to you.

1. First enter your School Udise Code
2. Second enter your OTP come in to Register Mobile number to login Then you will see 5 items on the screen.

• Water
• Toilets
• Hand washing with soap
• Operations and maintance
• Behavior Change and Capacity Building

UPLOADING PHOTOES

Click on the 1st item before and find out the answers to the 8 questions given in the survey.

Then the answer to the 10 questions given in the 2nd part is to save the item.

Similarly, answers to 3,4,5 questions will be answered and saved.

Finally upload 5 photos without submitting 100kb size and submit it to final.

Gradual Gradings in Your school score comes after uploading.

1. 90-100% - 5 star Rating EXCELLENT
2. 75-89% - 4 star rating VERY GOOD
3. 51-74% -3 Rating Good Scope for improvement.
4. 35-50% - 2 star Rating, Fair, Needs Improvement.
5. Below 35% -1 star Rating. Poor.
