AP SCERT Andhra Pradesh School Education Conduct of Common Summative Examinations SA1 Uploading of Marks Language Mapping Enable Service for class VI/VII and X for the Academic Year 2017 - 2018.
All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that some complaints are received from students and school managements regarding problems in Language Mapping in CCE portal in CSE Website. Most of the complaints related to 60 Marks Telugu and 20 Marks Sanskrit combination at class X level. These students studied Telugu as First Language from class VI to IX. School managements take decision by their own and instructed them to opt 60 Marks Telugu and 20 Marks Sanskrit combination without notice of the District Educational Officer concemed.
In this regard all the District Educational Officers am requested to communicate proper guidelines towards Language selection and teaching in all schools under all managements. And also inform them to school should not take decision by their own regarding Language option directly at class X level. Language Mapping Enable Services for class IX and X available for the Academic Year 2017-18 only.
For the next year onwards language Mapping Edit option will be freemd from class VIII. AP. Online is also instructed to give alert in CCE portal and to provide Language Mapping Edit Service for class IX and X for the Academic Year 2017-18 only.

- SA1 Marks Entry service has been enabled for the Academic Year 2017-18 in the respective School login for classes 6th, 7th and 10th.
- SA1 Marks Entry service for Differently Abled(PH) Students and Oriental Opted Students will be enabled soon for the Academic Year 2017-18 in the respective School login.
- Language Mapping Edit Service has been enabled, students which are not displaying in marks entry should be edit in the Language Mapping Edit screen. As per the Department instructions Language Mapping Edit is allowed till any one assessment marks entry for 8th,9th and 10th classes .
