ORDER:

1)In the reference third read above, the Director General, Centre for Good Governance, Hyderabad, has informed that, as requested by the Government, they have renewed the contract of M/s Deloitte ToucheTohmtsu India Pvt Ltd, for providing manpower for Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) of Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS), till 30.06.2015. Further, it was informed that an amount of Rs.62,98,560/- towards salary of PMU for the period from Jan,2015 to June, 2015 has to be received. The following is the details:

2)The proposal of the Director General, CGG has been examined in detail and it has been decided to pay an amount of Rs.62,98,560/- towards the share of Government of Andhra Pradesh i.e. 58.32% of the total expenditure of PMU of CFMS for the period from January, 2015 to June, 2015.

3)Accordingly, the Government hereby sanction an amount of Rs.62,98,560/- (Rupees sixty two lakh ninety eight thousand five hundred and sixty only) towards remuneration of the resources deployed for PMU of CFMS, for the period from January, 2015 to June, 2015 to the Centre for Good Governance, Hyderabad.

4)The expenditure sanctioned supra, shall be debited to MH-2052-Secretariat General Services, MH-090-Secretarait, GH(11)-Normal State Plan, SH(32)- Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS), 310-Grants-in-Aid, 312-Other Grants-in-Aid.

5.The Finance (Claims) Department is requested to draw and credit the amount sanctioned through ECS, A/c No.912010061746238, IFSC Code: UTIB0000733, Axis Bank, Plot No.24, Survey Nos.6/1/10, Gachibowli, Hyderabad-500032, in favour of Centre for Good Governance, Hyderabad under intimation to Fin.(IT) Department.
