1. Schedule:

• i. Date of Notification - 02.06.2015
• ii. Payment fee and submission of online  application form –03.06.2015 
• iii. Last date for payment of fee - 09.06.2015 up to 5.00 PM 
• iv. Last date for submission of online application -09.06.2015 up to 11.59 PM 
• v. Downloading of hall tickets - 11.06.2015
• vi. Date of Examination from 09.00 AM to 11.00 AM (at Mandal H.Q.) - 14.06.2015

2. Question Paper (Q.P) Pattern:

• i. The Q.P. will be objective type based on V class Syllabi. 
• ii. Q.P. will be for (02) hours, for 100 marks consisting four parts i.e. Telugu (25 Marks), Mathematics (25 Marks), Environmental Studies (25 Marks) and English (25 Marks). 
• iii. Mathematics and Environmental Studies will be in Bilingual (Telugu & English versions).

3. Examination fee:

The examination fee is:
