Government hereby constitute the Group of Ministers with the following Ministers for examining the demands and justification of the demands of National Production–cum- Distribution Scheme Dealers Welfare Federation of A.P. and A.P. Chowka Dharala Dukanadarula Sanghala Samkshema Samakya: 

1. Hon’ble Minister for Finance & Planning, Commercial Taxes, Legislative Affairs 
2. Hon’ble Minister for Price Monitoring, Consumer Affairs, Food & Civil Supplies 
3. Hon’ble Minister for Agriculture, Agri-Processing, Marketing & Warehousing, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries 
4. Hon’ble Minister for Wome Empowerment, Child Welfare and Disabled & Senior Citizens Welfare, Mines & Geology 
5. Hon’ble Minister for Human Resources Development (Primary Education, Secondary Education, Higher &Technical Education) 

2)Following are the terms of references to the above Group of Ministers

• The Committee shall examine the feasibility on dealers commission enhancement keeping in view of state finances. 
• The Committee shall examine performance based commission and to arrive the decision for enhancing the FP Shop margins. 
• The committee shall examine if the FP Shop can be converted as departments stores ( Permit to sell other commodities) 
• The committee shall examine to explore the additional work to FP Shop dealers such pension distribution or any other under financial inclusion. 

3)The Commissioner and Ex. Officio Secretary to Government, CAF & CS
Department shall be the Convener of the above Group of Ministers.
