In the reference 1st cited ‚the government have ‘ declared special casual Ieave on 8th March 2016 as it is being celebrated as International women's Day to aII the women employees in the state.ln the reference 2nd cited the president and Gensec have informed that certain officers have not honoring the above orders and requested to issue necessary instructions for honoring the same.


Government after consideration hereby reiterate H the orders issued in the Go 1st cited and instruct the concerned to take necessary action accordingly.
