Read the following:

• From the Chairman of Federation of Government residential Teachers and Employees Organisation, A.P., Hyderabad, Representation No.1/2016, dated 05.02.2016.
• From the Secretary, A.P. Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.140/A1-1/2016, dated 22.04.2016.

ORDER:

1.In the reference 1 st read above, the Chairman of Federation of Government residential Teachers and Employees Organisation, A.P., Hyderabad has requested the Government for issue of orders on PRC, 2015, Health Cards, Payment of salaries, L.T.C. and Medical Bills etc. and requested to resolve all common issues pending at Govt.,/ Hods. Based on the demands of above said Organisation, a meeting has been conducted on 07.04.2016 in the chambers of Principal Secretary, School Education Department, A.P. Secretariat with the Secretaries of (4)Societies i.e. APREIS, APSWREIS, APTWREIS, MJP AP BCWREIS. It is resolved to constitute the Committee to examine on uniform service rules in the above said (4) Societies.

2.Government, after careful examination hereby constitute the following Committee with following members to examine on uniform service rules in the (4) Societies i.e. APREIS, APSWREIS, APTWREIS and MJPAPBCWREIS:- Committee on uniform Service Rules in (4) Societies.

1. Sri D.Vasu, Joint Secretary, APTWREI Society, Hyderabad .. Convenor;
2. Sri Md.Irfan, Dy. Secretary, APSWREIS .. Member;
3. Sri M.Nagabhushana Sarma, Convenor, APRJC-CET, APREI Society .. Member;
4. Sri A.Rama Krishna, Asst. Secretary, MJPAPBCWREI Society .. Member; 
5. Sri D.N.Murthy, Chairman .. Member; FGRTEO

3.The above constituted committee shall examine the following :-

• To review the Service Rules of the (4) Societies and to consider the best items.
• Uniform qualifications for recruitment and promotions are to be evolved.

4.The Committee shall meet at least two times within stipulated time and to finalise the report within time and submit the report to Government within one month.
5.The Secretary, APREI Society, Hyderabad shall take appropriate action in the matter, immediately.
