Read: 

  • From the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Spl. Chief Secretary, A.P., Hyderabad, Lr No. II(1)/10/2016, dt.02.04.2016. 

O R D E R: 

1.In the reference read above, the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Special Chief Secretary, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has requested to issue notification for retirement of (66) Tahsildars for the calendar year 2016 i.e. from June 2016. 

2.Government, after careful examination of the proposal, hereby order to notify the retirement of Tahsildars (66) in the State who attain the age of superannuation of (60) years during the calendar year 2016 i.e. from June 2016 as appended to this order subject to outcome of court cases if any, pending in the courts. The officers who are facing disciplinary cases as on today are also allowed to retire from service, without prejudice to the disciplinary cases pending against them. 


3.The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Spl Chief Secretary, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter. 

4.The Commissioner, Printing Stationery & Stores Purchase, Hyderabad is requested to publish the notification in the A.P. Gazette and supply (250) copies of the Gazette to Government.
