Read the following:-
ORDER:
1.In the reference 1st read above, the Finance Department have requested to issue draft guidelines and time schedules for transfer and postings of employees of Registration & Stamps Department as the general guidelines relaxing the ban on transfers are not applicable to the revenue
earning departments and for which the departments concerned have to issue
suitable guidelines.
2.In the reference 3rd read above, the Director & Inspector General [Registration & Stamps] A.P., Hyderabad has submitted draft guidelines to Government for according permission to effect the transfers in view of the lifting of the ban orders.
3.Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to the Director & Inspector General [Registration & Stamps] A.P., Hyderabad to take necessary action to effect transfers of Sub-Registrars and other Staff working in the Registration & Stamps Department by duly
following the transfer guidelines appended to this order.
4.The Director & Inspector General [Registration & Stamps] A.P., Hyderabad shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter keeping in view that the most important criteria for the transfers is purely on the basis of performance only.
