1.Government In the reference read above issued orders envisaging Guidelines/ Instructions on Transfers and Postings of Employees. Regarding principles for Transfer and Postings. In para 3 (Xii) of the said GO it was stated that the Department(s) may frame additional guidelines to suit their requirements; however such additional guidelines should not be contrary to the above guidelines. 

2.The employees of the Zonal and Multi-Zonal cadre posts in the Head Quarter Office of Directorate of State Audit are exempted from transfers.However, any representations from the employees in the Directorate may be considered during general transfers.
