ORDER:
1.In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P.
Hyderabad has requested for release an amount of Rs.2370.68 lakhs for I to VII
classes i.e Mandatory State share 40% and for for IX class an amount of Rs.843.12
Lakhs is required @ 100% State share for implementation of the MDM Programme
during summer vacation to school children i.e from 25-04-2016 to 13-04-2016 (Except
Secondary Saturdays and Sundays) in Drought Affected area in the State.
2.In the reference 2nd read above, Finance Department have issued Budget
Release Order for an amount of Rs.23,39,10,000/- (Rupees Twenty Three Crores Thirty Nine Lakhs Ten Thousands) from the BE provision 2016-17 in relaxation of quarterly regulation orders as Central Share (1307.74 lakhs), State Share (Rs.767.55
lakhs) and additional commitment of Rs.1/- for cooking cost (Rs.263.81 lakhs) towards
implementation of Mid Day Meals Scheme for I to VIII classes during summer
vacations in areas which are formally notified by the Government as Drought Affected areas in the State.
3.In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (EBS.IV.SE.HE) Department vide reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.23,39,10,000/- (Rupees Twenty Three Crores Thirty Nine Lakhs Ten Thousands) from the BE provision 2016-17 in relaxation of quarterly regulation orders as Central Share (1307.74 lakhs), State Share (Rs.767.55 lakhs) and additional commitment of Rs.1/- for cooking cost (Rs.263.81 lakhs) towards
implementation of Mid Day Meals Scheme for I to VIII classes during summer vacations in areas which are formally notified by the Government as Drought Affected areas in the State under the Following head of Accounts:
