ORDER:

1.The following notification will be published in the next issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

N O T I F I C A T I O N

• Whereas, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has declared in G.O.Rt.No.618, Labour Employment Training and Factories (Labour-I) Department, Dt:11.07.2013, the Motor Transport Industry in the State of Andhra Pradesh as a Public Utility Service for the purpose of Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947) for a period of six months with effect from 30.07.2013.Whereas, the said period of six months is expired on 29.1.2014.

• Whereas, the Government of Andhra Pradesh is satisfied that it is necessary to declare the said industry as Public Utility Service in the public interest.

• Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub clause (vi) of clause (n) of section 2 of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby declares the Motor Transport Industry in the State of Andhra Pradesh, as a Public Utility Service Unit for the periods from 30.1.2014 to 29.7.2014, from 30.7.2014 to 29.1.2015, from 30.1.2015 to 29.7.2015, from 30.7.2015 to 29.1.2016 in spells of six months with retrospective effect and now, for further period of six months w.e.f 30.01.2016.
