ORDER:

1.The attention of all the Regional Join Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference read above, and they are informed that the schools should reopen on 13.06.2016 after completion of Summer Vacation.

2.Therefore, all the Regional Joint Director of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are instructed to take immediate necessary action on the following:

1. To ensure cleanliness of schools  and it’s premises. 
2. Remove the old furniture which are damaged (i.e. irreparable) 
3. Ensure providing of safe drinking water to children 
4. Check the Quantity & Quality and arrangements for ensuring availability of Cook Cum Helper, utencils etc., for preparation of Mid day Meals. 

3.All the Regional Joint Directors School Education and District Educational Officer's in the state are further directed to follow the instructions Scrupulously.
