Read :
1.In view of the relocation of the employees to the New Capital Region the need to provide transit residential accommodation has arisen.
2.It is decided to provide guest house at Govt. expense on room sharing basis to women employees who are moving alone to the new capital region (their families continuing to reside at Hyderabad) for a period of six months. This accommodation will be provided at Rain Tree Park Apartments for Secretariat Women employees and one each at Vijayawada & Guntur for women employees working in Heads of Departments offices. Women employees who are desirous of making use of this facility have to register their names at www.apfinance.gov.in in the link temporary guest house arrangement before 20.07.2016.
3.To operationalise the above arrangement it is decided to constitute a Committee with the following members: Accommodation for women employees of HoDs at Vijayawada:
The above Committees shall:
This Committee will finalise all arrangements of securing accommodation, catering facility etc., and fix costs of accommodation & catering on payment basis.
4.All AIS officers and other employees who are of the cadre of Dy. Secretary / Joint Director and above desirous of making use of this facility should register at www.apfinance.gov.in in the link temporary guest house arrangement before 20.07.2016. The facility is on payment basis.
5.The Sub-Collector, Vijayawada & Joint Collector, Guntur should take details of eligible applicants from the website www.apfinance.gov.in for which login ids and passwords are provided to them.
6.The Committee will finalise the arrangements as indicated above and the Sub-Collector, Vijayawada & Joint Collector, Guntur as the case may be will circulate the proposals to the District Collector, Krishna / Guntur for approval and issue of necessary orders.
