The attention of the all the Principals of DIET colleges in all the 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh is invited to the ref. read above that, wherein identified DRPs were trained at RIE, Bangalore. Now, it is decided to train the identified English teachers working in 3886 Model Primary Schools across the state in English language to acquire the desired skills in teaching English.
Therefore, all the Principals of DIETs in the State are requested to organize a 5 day training programmes in different spells to the identified English Teachers working in A.P. Model Primary School in their respective districts during the period from 1.09.2016 to 17.09.2016. Depending on the strength, the DIET Principals may conduct the trainings in two or three spells. The trained 10 DRPs in English from each district at RIE, Bangalore, will act as Resource Persons for the said training programme.
Further, they are requested to prepare a training schedule, no. of batches and approach the District Educational Officer for deputation of RPs and English Teachers working in A.P.Model Schools. The unit cost, list of DRPs and guidelines are enclosed herewith.
Further, Principals of DIETs are requested to utilise the services of Lecturer in English to oversee the programme and submit compliance at once to the Director, SCERT, A.P., Hyderabad.
The budget will be released as per the entitlements of each district annexed to these proceedings. The Principals of DIE Ts are requested to submit the the original bills/ voucher, statement of expenditure, U.C. and unspent balance if any, and also submit the documentation soonafter completion of programme.
