AP certain Instructions to Re Scheduled by Conducting S.M.C Elections were not conducted due to several reasons in 506 Schools in AP as per R.C.NO:3320 Dated:19/09/2016>>AP M.E.Os and H.Ms concerned to conduct meeting of parents and guardians to constitute S.M.Cs on 26.09.2016 positively to Re Scheduled by Conducting S.M.C Elections were not conducted due to several reasons as per R.C.NO:3320.

AP All the D.E.Os and Educational Project Officers in the State are informed that as per the status report submitted by the District Project Officers wide reference 5th cited S.M.C Elections to certain schools (not conducted  S.M.C Elections 506 Schools) were not conducted due to several reasons.

I furnish herewith the schedule to be followed as approved by the Government of AP School Education Department for conduct of election of Chairman &Vice Chairman and members of School Management Committees for the above 506 schools in the State as mentioned in Annexure-II to request you to issue instructions to the M.E.Os and H.Ms concerned to conduct meeting of parents and guardians to constitute S.M.Cs on 26.09.2016 positively.
