In the letter 6th read above, the Registrar, Dr. NTR

completes the process of admissions into PG Medical Courses strictly in adherence
with the schedule fixed by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and closes the
admissions by the cut off date fixed by the MCI. The Registrar has informed
that it is observed in the recent past that a number of students though they
were allotted a seat in the web counseling as per the web option exercised by
them, they are not joining in the allotted seat due to which the seat is left
vacant. The Registrar has also reported that some times the candidates are
blocking the seats and causing vacancy of seats by opting seats both in Andhra
Pradesh and Telangana web counsellings and not joining in the seats allotted
either in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana.
In order to avoid such blockage of seats and to enable to
fill all the seats in the PG Medical courses by the final round of web
counselling, the Registrar in accordance with the resolutions taken in a meeting
held between the officials of both the Universities i.e, Dr.NTR UHS & KNR
UHS, has suggested the measures to be taken and requested to issue orders
amending the existing GOs vide reference 1st to 5th read above.
