All the Project Officers of SSA. the District Educational Officers and the Principals of DIETS of Andhra Pradesh State are informed that, as per the PAB recommendation of 2017-18 it is decided to conduct a 5 -days training to all teachers working in Primary schools in subjects Telugu. English and Maths at Block level. In the reference 2" cited above, it already informed to the Project Officers and District Educational officers in the state to conduct the block level in-service teacher training Programme from 01-05-2017 to 11-06-2017 in 7 spells i.e., 6 mandals in one spell to be covered.

Therefore the Project Officers are requested to plan properly i.e, Identification of Venues. spell wise mandal, to he covered and also planned as per previous norms. Further. the POs of SSA are informed that all teachers as per AWP&B 2017-18 must be trained and no teacher shall be left from the trainings. If any case all teachers not covered in the prescribed spells. the POs of SSA concerned districts are requested to adjust the all teachers by utilizing the services of trained teachers who got trained in the previous spells.


  • The following guidelines are issued to administer the trainings, which is already communicated in the AMOs review meeting on 27-04-2017.



  • Strictly follow the Schedule for organizing trainings 
  • Planning for arrangement of RPs at block level 
  • Provide sufficient modules to all trainees at the time of training 
  • To plan full day training as per time table 
  • Attendance for RPs 
  • Use the service of CEOs, DLMTs and IERTs
  • ORS and medical equipment if necessary 
  • Aarrange LCD Projectors 
  • Planning meeting with RPs
  • Collect the day wise participation attendance
  • Constitute the monitoring teams.
  • Appoint the (2+1 )RPs whenever necessary.
  • Arrange Guest lectures by eminent personalities in various areas. Financial provision 
  • Per head Per day is Rs.100 only. 


All expenditures i.e., Modules,working lunch. refreshments and TA etc should be met front the said unit cost as per previous norms only. Therefore the Project Officers are requested to meet the expenditure from the available funds at DPO level. And the same will be reimbursed by the SPO soon after receipt of vouchers, bills, acquaintances and VCs. Separate time schedule will he issued for conduct of VP level trainings shortly.
