AP School Education Conduct of SSC Advance Supplementary May/June-2017 Examinations Instructions to be issued to all the Heads of Schools including Clerical staff and Office Sub-ordinates to be present during Summer Vacation as per Rc.No.223/A &I/2016 Dated: 04.05.2017.
All the District Educational Officers in the state are informed that in the reference read above, the Director of Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has informed that the Government in Memo. No. 30821/Exams/1999/dated: 01.07.2000 have issued orders in connection with the conduct of SSC Advance Supplementary Examinations June of every year, in order to facilitate the pass candidates to take admission in the lit year intermediate course without loss of an academic year.
Further, the Director of Government Examinations has informed that the SSC Public Examinations March, 2017 were completed by 01.04.2017 and the results are proposed to be released by 4. week of May, 2017. Soon after the publication of the results, the Nominal Roll extracts of the failed candidates will be sent to all the schools in the State. Accordingly the failed candidates have to remit the examination fee to appear for the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations to be held in June, 2017.
The SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations will be conducted in the third or last week of June 2017 tentatively. The result will be released in the last week of July, 2017 tentatively.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers are requested to issue necessary instructions to all the Heads of Secondary Schools under all Managements in their concerned districts on the following items as was done for the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations held in June, 2016.
- Letter Rc.No. 87/B-2/2017, dated: 19.03.2017 of the Director of Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.

- To prevent all the Heads of Secondary Schools under all Managements along with their Non - Teaching Staff including Office Sub-ordinate personnel from availing summer vacation with effective from the day of release of results of SSC March 2017 to till re - opening of schools.
- Name of Head Masters/Non Teaching Staff institution wise shall be specifically obtained for prevention and issue specific orders if prevention duly mentioning the period.
- Earned Leave may be preserved for all those employees who are prevented from availing summer vacation/ proportionately as per the leave rules.
- Strictly follow the instructions issued in Commissioner of School Education Procs. Rc.No.362/E1-1/2013, dated: 16.11.2013 with regard to prevention of staff in summer vacation.
