Attention of the all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the subject cited, wherein the Director, SCERT has given a schedule to conduct of mother training on various parameters in which 2 days were allotted to ICT training to all the school teachers at divisional level from 01/05/2017 to 11/06/2017.

In this context, the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to do the following. 

1. To instruct all the teachers to carry their c.f.i.. devices (FP 8s Iris) given at school level to respective training centres for attendance.
2. The workshop will be organized to check the devices in case of any issues received for implementation of eilazar.
3. To ensure that the teachers trained at respective venues needs to give their attendance twice in a day (./fuming and Evening).
4. In case of failure of attendance, such issues to be addressed to the device vendor, in turn, the device vendor will resolve the problem there itself within the period of i, an hour. 
5. A hand holding training will be given to the teachers on the following modules. 

• e HAZAR 
• CCE 
• DCR 8. VCR 
• APeKX
• TEPAC 

1. A manual in this regard will be provided to all the participants/Teachers as ready reference.
2. A list of divisional level coordinators is annexed for ready reference.
3. Instructions may be issued to the head of institution to relieve the teachers along with their device. 
4. A list of master trainers identified may be relieved to attend the state level workshop which is scheduled from 03.05.2017 to 06.05.2017 in two spells.
5. Above trainers should be identified as divisional coordinators in all IT Initiatives and also as resource persons of APc. for implementation of VCR/ DCR.
6. Further, the divisional level trainings has to be conducted in coordination with district level IT cell for all ICT activities to be done in future.
7. A11 district IT cell should attend for training schedules as per the schedule communicated vide this proceedings dated 01/05/2017. 

And also all the members should to take at least one session at divisional level on IT initiatives.
