APSSA Amaravathi SIEMAT Conduct of Primary level of Subject School Complex Meeting Cum Training Scheduled & Guidelines for Conduct of the School Complex 2017-18 Order Issued as per RC.NO:370/A/SIEMAT/2017,Dated:25.08.2017
In continuation of this office proceedings in the references cited, all the District Educational Officers and Project Officers of Servo Shiksha Abhiyan are informed that the detailed guidelines and monitoring system at complex level has been prepared as School Complex Manual titled as "PATASALA SAMUDAYA KARADEEPIKA" vide reference 2nd cited. Further they are informed that the following schedule is finalized and all the school complexes shall be conducted in the lines of the procedure according to manual is attached hereunder.
Further it is also infomwd that all the School Complex HMs requested to follow the following initiations before conduct of School Complex.
- Minutes of the meeting of Project Approval Board (MB) held on 09th February, 2017.
- A three day workshop chaired by the State Project Director from 05.07.2017 to 07.07.2017 on strengthening of School Complexes at SPO Office, Amaravati.

Pre- intimation of the complex dates to the all schools through Mandal Educational
Officers.
Arrangements to be available at the complex
Intimation regarding allotment of the model lesson to the school well in advance in his/her complex by the Complex Chairman.
Intimation regarding allotment of the books for book review to the school to the concerned complex level schools.
Pre - intimation to the NG0s / Philanthropists / School Management Comminee Chairman/Educationalist by the concerned complex chairman.
Intimation to the concerned School PD/PET for taking Physical Literacy session.
Complex HM should possess all books of the primary classes and subjects text
books of 6, 7, 8 text books.
Further, the state project director is pleased to sanction of complex training cum meetings budgets to the all the DPO5 @600/- per teacher for the said six complex meetings @ Rs. 100/- per teacher.
The budget shall be met from the head of the Twining of Teachers follow up meetings at CRC level approved for the year 2017-18.

Further it is also informed that, the School Complex HMs are instructed to follow the
financial guide lines for utilisation of the grant for teachers @ Rs, 100/- per meeting
/Teacher are as follows:
Conveyance Charges: Rs. 30/
Working Lunch: Rs. 40/..
An An amount of Rs.100/- is sanctioned to each participant. It should be utilized properly as per the guidelines given by Me SPO, A.P. Amaravati and UCs are to be submitted in time
Further is also informed that, the School Complex HMs are instructed to follow the financial guide lines for utilisation of the grant for teachers @ Rs, LOW- per meeting /Teacher are as follows:
Conveyance Charges: Rs, 30/- An amount of Rs.100/- is sanctioned to each participant. It should be utilized properly as per the guidelines given by the SPO, A.P, Amaravati and UCs are to be submitted in time
Working Lunch: Rs. 40/.
TLM Preparation: Rs. IW-2. Honorarium for the guest lecture can be paid @R. 200/- as minimum and Rs. 500/- as Maximum.
For purchase of Standard TLM/ Honorarium for the Guest Lecture: Rs.20/-
Further, it is also informed that school complex manual is attached to these proceedings for the detailed guidelines suited for the strengthening of the School Complex and also requested to all the stake holders to offer remarks on the manual if any before 31' August, 2017 intern suitable suggestions will be incorporated in the supplying print copy in the 10 week of the September, 2017.
Further all the DEOs , POs of SSA, Dy.E.0s, ADs, Sectorals of SSA and MEOs are instructed to visit School Complex meetings without fail and upload the observation format through online in the Commissioner of School Education\ State Project Director & Commissioner of School Education
The Finance Controller of this office for further immediate action.Mft-All the DEOs & POs in the state with taking immediate necessary action. All the District Collectors & Chairman's of SSA in the gate for information. Copy to the Peshi to Commissioner of School Education.
