AP School Education Implementation of Examination Reforms - Summative Assessment (SA-1) cancellation of SA - I Examinations - report as per Rc.No. 118/A & I/2014 Dated: 20.12.2017.

The attention of all the District Educational Officers (except Vizianagaram & Kurnool Districts) in the state wherein they were requested to conduct enquiry through Dy.EOs about the leakage that occurred in their respective district and take appropriate action against HMs,Teachers, MEOs and other school managements who indulged in leakage of Question Papers and submit compliance report on or before 18-09-2017.



But no enquiry report has been received from them so far. Therefore, all the District Educational Officers (except Vizianagaram & Kurnool Districts) in the state are once again requested to submit the compliance report in detail along with action taken/ proposed against the leakage of Question Papers to this office immediately for taking further necessary action in the matter.
