In the ref. 2nd read above, departmental proceedings have been initiated against Smt. N. Geetha, formerly Asst. Director, o/o DEO, Nellore and now working as Dy. Director, o/o Commissioner of School Education, AP.

In the ref. 3rd read above, the individual have submitted her statement of defence to the articles of charges and submitted further representations vide references 5th and 6th read above and requested to drop further action against her.

After careful examination of the matter, Govt. hereby drop further action against Smt. N. Geetha, formerly Asst. Director, o/o DEO, Nellore and now working as Dy. Director, o/o CSE, AP, with a warning.

The Commissioner of School Education, AP, shall take further necessary action accordingly.
