AP PRC Revised Pay Scales 2015 Leather Industries Development Corporation as per G.O.NO:20.

AP Revision of Pay Scales PRC Leather Industries Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh (LIDCAP) Extension of Revised Pay Scales of 2015 to the employees of LIDCAP Order as per G.O.MS.No. 20 Dated: 30-01-2018.

In the GO 1st read above, Government have issued orders for fixation of revision of pay scales, 2015 notionally with effect from 01-07-2013 with monetary benefit from 02-06-2014 and with regard to the arrears of salary in the Revised Pay Scales, 2015 from 02-06-2014 to 28-02-2015, orders will be issued separately.

In the letter 3rd read above, the Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Leather Industries Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada has stated that Government in G.O.Ms.No.573, dt.26-11-2001 has declared Leather Industries Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh as Nodal Agency by diversified the activities from Commercial activities to developmental activities for promotion of Leather sector in the State and to generate employment.

The Vice Chairman &Managing Director, Leather Industries Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh has further stated that the existing 19 employees of Leather Industries Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh are drawing interim Relief as per the G.O.Ms.No.10, Finance (HRM.V-PC) Dept., dt.06-01-2014.

The employees of the Corporation are paid salaries equivalent to the pay scales allowed to the State Government employees of equivalent cadre. Accordingly, all the Pay revision allowed to the State Government employees from time to time have been implemented to the employees of the Leather Industries Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh, and the LIDCAP will meet the additional expenditure on account of implementation of Revised Pay Scales 2015 as per the G.O.1st read above, from its own funds. He has therefore requested for implementation of Revised Pay Scales in terms of instructions issued vide Circular Memo 2nd read above.

The proposed corresponding scales of the existing posts of the LIDCAP in RPS, 2015 as per G.O.1st read above, are appended as Annexure.

Government, after careful examination of the matter and in terms of the instructions issued vide Circular Memo 2nd read above,hereby extend the Revised Pay Scales, 2015, notified vide G.O., 1st read above, to the employees of the Leather Industries Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh ,Vijayawada, duly allowing to draw the scales as shown against each post in the appended Annexure and also by applying all other conditions of fixation of pay in the Revised Pay Scales of 2015 Mutatis-Mutandis.

The Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Leather Industries Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter keeping in view of the orders issued in the G.O.1st read above and orders issued from time to time by the Government.

This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance ((HR.IV-PC) Department vide their  U.O No. 33022 /23/Fin.(HR.IV-PC) Dept./ 2017, dated.22-01-2018.
