All the Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers are hereby informed that the results for Summative Examination SA-I for 9th Class students are ready. Enclosed with this proceeding are the mandal-wise breakdown of number of students scoring DI+D2 grade in each subject along with a presentation on district-level analysis. Except East Godavari, results of all other districts are supplied.

Please go through all the material and be prcparcd for a Video Conference on Wednesday. Feb 15th  at 2:00 P.M with the following Detailed agenda for this VC will be shared at a later date.

• Top and Bottom 5 mandals in your district  
• Reasons for high/low performance Any Best Practices from the high performing mimdals [Pls. refer to the list 
• Best Practices collected from Abhinandana - and identify worthy ones 
• Plan of Action in low performing mandals
