Minutes of the review meeting held on 1-02-2018 in the mini conference hall of CSE.
All the District Educational Officers and Project Officers of S.S.A. are hereby informed that the State Project Director, SSA has issued proceedings in the month of November 2017, to depute master coaches from 1st December to February 28th In this regard in some districts master coaches were relieved on December 1st it self, where as in some other districts relieving of master coaches got delayed due to various factors. However, the financial commitment were made for 3 months i.e. payment of FTA for master coaches and honorarium to vidya volunteers who are working in place of master coaches and respective proceedings were released by SPD,SSA long back.
Hence DEOs are requested to relieve the master coaches after completion of 3 months from the date of their joining(Take the completion 3 months as the criteria) Project Officers of SSA are hereby requested to immediately clear all the pending bills of ALA Programme after receiving their visit reports and tour diaries in prescribed formats.
Hence all officers are requested to give top priority to these issues regarding ALA.
