TS SSA Instructions to provide seeded Aadhaar data of each and every student under SDMIS as per Rc.No.3238.

TS childinfo website provided to GOI is identified duplicate and Proxy Aadhaar enrolment and instructions to provide seeded Aadhaar data of each and every student under SDMIS as per Rc.No:3238.

The attention of all the DEOs with the reference 1st cited, the collection of child-wise data is being done in the website vion.v.childinfo.tonic.in. The data collected during 2016-17 shared with 001 as a part of SDMIS and UDISE 2016.

The database collected from districts in childinfo website provided to GOI is identified duplicate and Proxy Aadhaar enrolment already emailed to all the DEOs for rectification and also data provided during 2016-17 is vary with UDISE 2016. In this connection the DEOs already instructed vide reference 2nd cited, to verify the duplication of data and Aadhaar wrong entries ie., (duplicate -29,110, Proxy - 30092 entries) information identified by GOI and furnish updated information in excel format to plornistsar nutitr_n and update the information in childinfo website by 05.02.2018 positively.

Therefore the DEOs were directed to issue necessary instructions to District MIS incharges, MEOs and Headmasters to upload correct information of all variables as per the prescribed format provided by GOI. Enrolment in UDISE and childinfo should be the same.

As per the GOI instructions the entitlements like uniforms, textbooks, transportation charges, scholarships etc., to be provided to the children basing on childinfo enrolment only.

The GOI given clear instructions to provide seeded Aadhaar data of each and every student under SDMIS, If there is a difference in enrolled students as per UDISE and SDMIS, lower of the two would be treated as actual enrolment and fund allocation would be based on that number. In view of the above, the DEOs are instructed to complete 100% Aadhar in childinfo and make sure that the information provided in childinfo to be equal to UDISE 2017-18 enrolment by 09.02.2018 failing which disciplinary action11 be initiated as per Rules.
