AP Municipal Administration Department Spark Programme 10/10 SSC Examination Municipal High Schools Arrangement of certain provisions to the 10th Class students writing SSC Final Examinations from 15th March onwards provision of Food & Snacks to the students coming for afternoon study hours Circular instructions issued as per R.c.No.3292/2015/J3 dt.13.03.2018.

Tele conference taken by the Hon'ble Minister for MA & UD and Review meeting held in the chamber of DMA, A.P., Guntur on 12.02.2018. 

The attention of all the Municipal Commissioners of ULBs in the State (where the Municipal High Schools exists) is invited to the reference cited. It is to instruct that during the teleconference taken by the Hon'ble Minister for MA & UD with Director of Municipal Administration, Municipal Chairpersons, Commissioners, Head Masters of all the high Schools of all the 59 ULBs (where the Municipal High Schools exists) of the State and SACs Concerned and ULB Coordinators emphasized the need to focus on the probable failure candidates in the forth coming SSC Final Examinations (i.e., D2 students in single star category). To follow up this review meeting was held by Director of Municipal Administration with education consultant, Special Officer,

SACs concerned and instructed the Municipal Commissioners of the ULBs to make the following arrangements in all the Municipal High Schools of the State, to the atending for the afternoon study hours.

All the 10th Class students who are appearing for SSC Final Examination, after writing the examination from 15th March, 2018 onwards must come to their respective Municipal High Schools for the study hours in the afternoon.

All the 10th Class students who are there in the school for study hours after writing the Examination must be provided with Mid - Day Meals in the afternoon.


The next day Final Examination Scheduled Subject Teacher should attend afternoon study hours to make the students to prepare thoroughly for the next day Examination as per the examination Schedule Evening Snacks should be provided to all the students those who attended the study hours right from the afternoon. 10th Class Girl students those who attended for after noon examination study hours can stay upto 6.30 PM and boys upto 8 PM.

Therefore all the Commissioners of ULBs in the State (where the Municipal High Schools exists) and Head Masters/ Head Mistress of the all the Municpal High Schools are hereby instructed to adhere to the above said instructions scrupulously to attain best results in the final SSC Examinations without fail.
