AP SSC March 2018 Exams Conducting Instructions Guidelines as per Rc.No.170

AP School Education Conducting of SSC Examinations to be held in the month of March 2018 Instructions issued as per Rc.No.170 /A&I/2017 Date: 06-03-2018.

The attention of all the RJDSEs and DEOs in the stale is invited to the subject read above and they are requested to issue necessary instructions to the all Dy. E.Os/MEOs/Head Masters Under their jurisdiction duly communicating the following action plan/instructions for the ensuing SSC Examinations to be held m the month of March -2018.

Action Plan 

• Arranging District Collector meeting with District Officials 
• Appointment of Chief Superintendents, Departmental Officer. 
• Appointment of Route Officer, Joint Custodians to storage points, Custodians to C-Category Centers. 
• Appointment of Invigilators, Additional Departmental Officers. 
• Identification of trouble - some centers - Appointment of sitting Squads. 
• Divisional level meetings cum Training Classes. 

1. Stationary to the centers, Mains, Additionals. Graphs. b) School Nominal Rolls - CNR, Hall Tickets. 
2. Last Examination of Intermediate -- Clash centers to be verified. 
3. Furniture to the centers. Shifting from the nearby schools where there aft no centers. 
4. 144 Section - Compound Walls - Country fencing. B. Police Bandobast. 
5. Transport facility before and after examination. 
6. Medical facility (Nurse) 8. Continuous supply of Electricity. 
7. Drinking water facility 
8. Rooms/ 5 places minimum/ Toilet facility. Change if water every day. 
9. Staff in the Centre during Examination. a) Malpractice - Eradication - Steps - Cell Phones, Electronic Goods. is) Installation and procurement C.C.Corneros Supervision, wining to teachers. I. Junior College-CC 
10. Private School - CC c) Identity cards to all the Staff. 
11. Provision of Scribes in time. 
12. Depositing of the Q.P. 13. IT/3T Discrepancy. 

Further, they are informed that It should be ensured that the required facilities are provided to all SSC examination centres. At any cost no student should write SSC examination sitting on the floor and without proper amenities. They are also requested to follow the instructions issued by the Director for Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh from time to time for the ensuing SSC Examinations to be held in the month of March-2018. 

Top Priority should be given to this item of work and any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously and also necessary disciplinary action will be initiated against the persons responsible.
