AP Municipal Teachers Transfer Guidelines/ Instructions for Municipal Teacher Transfers 2018 under Phase-I Spouse, Mutual and request Transfers Proposal submitted to Govemment Permission accorded to within District transfers - Regarding as per Lr.R.c.No.3396/ 2017/J3, dated.26.06.2018.
I invite your attention to the references cited. In the reference l4th cited (copy enclosed), Govemment have permitted the Regional Director of Municipal Administration in the State to effect the transfers of various categories of teachers working in the Municipalities / Municipal Corporations within the Revenue District under mutual / spouse / medical grounds to which the Regional Directors of Municipal Administration are competent to do so within their jurisdiction, as per rules, in relaxation of ban orders on transfers.
The process of transfers shall be completed by 30.06.2018 without fail and requested the DMA to take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.
Therefore, all the RDMAs in the State are hereby directed to effect the transfers of various categories of teachers working in the Municipalities / Municipal Corporations within the Revenue District under mutual / spouse / medical grounds as per the list enclosed, immediately without loss of time and ensure that, all the Municipal Teachers shall be joined in the new stations before 30.06.2018, without fail and report compliance.
This will be treated as "top priority & most urcent". Any deviations in this regard will be viewed seriously.
