AP School Education-teachers working in Government, ZillaParishad and Mandal Parishad-Work Adjustment of Surplus subject teachers -to ensure 100 Percentage subject teachers in High Schools / UP Schools Certain instructions as per Rc.No.7363/A3/2018.

To The read above wherein instructions were issued to them to take up the exercise on work adjustment of surplus subject teachers to the needy High Schools / Upper Primary Schools where there is no single subject teachers within the Mandal, or neighboring Mandal or within the division while following the guidelines / instructions issued by the Collector of School Education, A.P., Amaravathi and communicate to diem and submit specific proposals subject wise , school wise division wise in the proforma prescribed to this office on or before 28.06.2018 to take further course of action.
They were also instructed to ensure at least one subject teacher in every High School/ UP school so that 100% subject teachers. They also instructed to follow the stalling pattern prescribed by the Government in
1. to 3.1 read above in identifying the surplus working teachers.
Further the proforma-1, II & Ill was send to them vide this office e-mail on 25.06.2018 to submit the proposals. Therefore, the Deputy Educational Officers in the district are instructed to attend this office with their camp clerks / assistants along with the Proposals in Profornta - I, II & Ill for adjustment of surplus subject teachers to the needy High Schools / Upper Primary Schools where there is no single subject teachers within the Mandal, or neighboring Mandal or within the division at 10:30 AM on 28.06.2018.
They are also directed to give top priority to this task and also follow the guidelines strictly without giving any scope for deviation of the instructions.
All the Mandal Educational officers in the district are once again directed to extend their cooperation to the Deputy Educational officers concerned in identifying Surplus Secondary Grade teacher from Primary / UP School to the Needy High Schools/ UP Schools and to submit the inforniation to this office on 28.06.2018 at 10:30 AM.
Any deviation in the matter will he viewed seriously. End: As above.
