• Hon,ble Municipal Minister's Review Meeting on Municipal Education held on 15.05.2018.
• Tele Conference with the Municipal Commissioners 81. Academic Coordinators. 

All the Municipal Commissioners where Municipal Educational institutions exists are here by informed that during the review meeting of the Ilon,ble Minister it was instructed to take up following initiatives at school/ULB level.

Academic Improvement pragramme: Special tests for X class students. 

• Special 'rest for X Class are being commenced from 16.07.2018 cal wards.
• Question papers shall be kept under the safe custody of the Muni( ipal Commissioners.
• Valuation of the Answer scripts is to be taken up in such a manner that. the subject teachers should not value the scripts of students studying in their oven schools.
• 5% of the scripts will be verified by a teach of teachers.
• Upload the marks of the students into nv.ki,rni,tirlischools.coni. Within 24 hours after the completion of the exam.
• Analysis will be shared to the Commissioners and turn it will be shared with the parents through monthly Parents meetings.

All the Municipal Commissioners are once again requested to communicate this circular to all the Head Masters of all the Municipal Schools in the ULBs and to implement all the initiatives.
