The attention of the DTW, Vijayawada Is invited to the references cited and he Is informed that Government is here by accorded post facto approval as the department has already utilized the services of (1495) CRTs including (138) CRTs in ITDA, Seethampeta during the year 2017-18 against the Teacher posts sanctioned In G.O.Ms.No.233, Finance (SMPC-1) Department, Dt:13.08.2013, by paying the remuneration from the normal budget of the Tribal Welfare Department.

He is also accorded permission to utilise the services 2629 CRTs (against 1134 old sanctioned vacancies and 1495 posts sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.233, Finance (SMPC-1) Department, DC 13.08.2013.) till regular re ment takes place enabling the department to make the institutions functional, to meet the expenditure within the budget provision in BE:2018-19.
