AP SE- RMSA Entering of Welfare Institutions and Hostels data in SCM-Regarding as per Rc.No.233/RMSA/2014 Dt.25 .07.2018.
The attention of all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Oficio Project Director, RMSA in the State is ivitert to the reference read above, wherein they were requested to issueinstructions to the District officials concerned to enter the institution details in the Supply Chain Management website (SCM) through logins provided to the HODS for releases of commodities to the Welfare Hostels/ Institutions through SCM from the month of July-2018 onwards.
Further they are informed that instructions were issued by the Civil Supplies Department through tad read above to request all the Heads of the Departments of Welfare Institutions and Hostels to inform to District level officials if any doubts wised in entering data of Welfare Institutions and Hostels in SCM website and contact the following persons for its redressal and send a mail to zikangais,ig.
Hence, they are requested to take action accordingly. The User ID and Password were already communicated.
