A.P. Act 4 of 2017 The Telugu Language Development Authority of Andhra Pradesh (Constitution) Rules, 2018 Notification - Order Issued as per G.O.Ms.No.40 Date: 10.07.2018.
In the reference 1st read above, the Andhra Pradesh Official Languages Act, 1966 (A.P. Act No. 9 of 1966) provided for the adoption of Telugu and Urdu Languages as the Languages for the official purposes of the State, and for the transaction of Business in the State Legislature etc. and English Language for continuance in certain official purposes of the State and for use in the Legislature until the State Government otherwise direct; and the Commission on Official Languages, shall review the progress of Telugu as Official Language, and use of Urdu Language in official matters in notified areas in the State.
In the reference 2nd read above, the Andhra Pradesh Tourism, Culture and Heritage Board Act, 2017 (A.P. Act No. 4 of 2017) provided for the development and promotion of Tourism, development of Art and Culture, and conservation and promotion of Heritage of Telugu People in the State of Andhra Pradesh, and to establish an Autonomous Board and Authorities, to achieve the above Objectives and matters committed therewith or incidental thereto.

- Andhra Pradesh Tourism, Culture and Heritage Board Act, 2017 (A.P. Act No. 4 of 2017) vide A.P. Gazette (Part IV-B, Extraordinary) No. 4, Date: 26.04.2017.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under sections 6, 10 (1) (b) and 42 of The Andhra Pradesh Tourism, Culture and Heritage Board Act, 2017 (A.P. Act No. 4 of 2017), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby, makes the following rules.
