In circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of School Education of Telangana, Hyderabad in the references 2nd & 611, read above, and also keeping view of No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the School Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh in the reference 50% read above, after examining the matter, Government hereby accord permission to the Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad for Inter State Transfers of the following Teachers working in Telangana State to Andhra Pradesh on spouse grounds, as per the guidelines issued in the reference 1st read above.

They are not eligible for TA&DA claim as the transfers are ordered on request basis.
The employees transferred shall be assigned last rank next to the last regular candidate in the new State and also the employee should forego seniority/lien in the existing State.
All the above transfers should be strictly in compliance of the guidelines issued in the reference in read above.
The Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
