AP Control and Prevention of Establishment of dedicated division for COVID-19 in 104 Call Centre Hiring of Doctors, Data Entry Operators, District Coordinators, Supervisors
Whereas, 104 Call Centre providing Health Help line services to Covid-19 is being provided through 104 Call Centre. However due to exponential increase in the cases there shall be a dedicated Call Centre for attending the various activities. The activities like testing contact tracing, transportation to Quarantine Centre/Hospitals maintenance in Hospitals, maintaining of patients shall be Co-ordinated within the Departments and also between Public and Department. For Co-ordinating above activities, the Mission Director, NHM, A.P., Vijayawada has requested the Government for hiring of (20) Medical Officers, (13) District Coordinators, (3) Shift Manager, (50) Data Entry Operators and also stated that, M/s HCL, Vijayawada agreed to provide space and technology for establish Call Centre at free of cost and requested to issue orders in the matter
Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord Permission for utilizing the services of following staff for COVID-19 Operations, for a period of four (4) months duly meeting the expenditure from the funds available under COVID-19:
The Mission Director NHM, A.P., Vijayawada/the CEO, Dr.YSR AHCT shall take further necessary action in the matter
