AP Mid Day Meal Providing of Dry Ration newly admitted students (Phase-V) Certain information
Instructions issued by the Director. Mida Day meal and School Sanitation. Andhra Pradesh dt.04.09.2020. m m m In pursuance With the instructions issued by the Director, Mida Day meal and School Sanitation. Andhra Pradesh, all the Mandal Educational Officers in the district are requested to obtain and submit the information in the proforma given below with regard to distribution of Dry Ration to newly admitted students for the academic year 2020-21 in various classes and various schools.
In this connection. the following guidelines should be kept in mind for strict adherence.
1. The students who are now proposed should not have got dry ration for the period earlier and elsewhere.
2. Dry should be calculated from the date of admission of the student into the school only.
3. Headmasters should ensure the above two conditions and should calculate and main proper records.
4. MEOs have to consolidate the school wise list of newly admitted students and date of admissions and accordingly. the quantity of items required for them to asses financial implications.
Further. all the Man. Education. Officers in the districts are requested to consolidate the data at Maudal level and submit the consolidated information to this office by Tuesday i.e.. 8-9-2020, so as to enable this office to submit the same to the Directorate for issue of orders for distribution of dry ration to these newly admitted students.
All are once again informed that, if the information is not received by the said date. it will be construed that there are no newly admitted students in those Mandals. Apart from that if, information is received after due date will not be taken into consideration also.
