AP Process for downloading the PD Account Statement from CFMS at cfms.ap.gov.in step by step process

AP Process for downloading the PD Account Statement from CFMS

1. Open CFMS website

2. Click on Login. 

3. Enter User as CFMS Id of MEO or any employee who can access all Head of Accounts and also who linked with Work Flow Configurator Enter password. Click on Login.

4. Go to Expenditure Group. 

5. There Clock on Work Flow Configurator Password for downloading the PD Account Statement from CFMS 

Enter User as CFMS Id of MEO or any employee who can access all Head of and also who linked with Work Flow Configurator - PD Accounts. 

Click on Login.to Expenditure Group. Clock on Work Flow Configurator – PD Accounts. CFMS Id of MEO for downloading the PD Account Statement from CFMS.

6. Go to Reports. There Account Statement 26.

i. PD Account Statement 4 Expenditure Group.Code or any other information. This is not

ii. But now PD Account Statement 26 like School Name, PD DDO co for audit purpose. This logged in. There we have to add PD Account Statement 4 and PD Account Statement 26.

PD Account Statement 4 will allow downloading PD transactions only in Expenditure Group. It is does not contains either school name or PD DDO Code or any other information. This is not necessary. 

Account Statement 26 will give full information of PD Account like School Name, PD DDO code and other information. This in necessary his will add in Reports group in the top of page when

After adding PD Account Statement 26 page once. 

After the page is Refreshed

Click on PD Account Statement in the available list Account Statement 26, come back to home. Refresh the Refreshed, go to Reports group in the top of logged in Click on PD Account Statement in the available list come back to home. Refresh the page.

Note: Upto Step 8, it is one time proc PD Account statement in Reports option in Work Flow Configurator Statement 26 option in Work Flow Configurator 

The page will be loaded as follows in the next tab.

i. Select financial year 2019

ii. Give From Date as 01/04/2019 

iii. Click on DDO. Then which you want to download the PD Account St HOA(Head of Account). 8448001101512001002V

11. In the next tab, the PD Account statement of concerned school will loaded as follows. it is one time process only. If we setup once, we can access the in Reports until we delete the PD Account Statement 26 Work Flow Configurator – PD Accounts. So don’t delete the PD AcWork Flow Configurator – PD Accounts be loaded as follows in the next tab.year 2019-20. 01/04/2019 and To date as 31/03/2020. Then it will give all the DDOs available. Search your DDO which you want to download the PD Account Statement.of Account). The Head Of Account for Samagra Shiksha is 8448001101512001002VN. Click on Submit.the next tab, the PD Account statement of concerned school will ess only. If we setup once, we can access the count Statement 26

13. If you want to downloadyear, Chang financial year, from date and to download. submit. It will load 2020

14. If we want to download another school, change the DDO and select another school and repeat the process from 

Note: 1. Some amount are lapsed in PD Accounts in 2019deposited in 2020-21 financial year. years ie 2019-20 and 2020-21 PD Account statements.

Note: 2. For high schools, RMSA Annual grants and CRC grants deposited in the one head of account. So include the RMSA and CRC grants 

PD Account of High School in one file.In this way we can download the PD Account Statements of all PD DDOs any school, any mandal in a single login.

Print Click on Print option available in left side top. It allows us to download the 

in PDF Format.download the PD Account Statement for 2020-21 financial  Chang financial year, from date and to download. Then click on will load 2020-21 financial PD Account Statement. we want to download another school, change the DDO and select another school and repeat the process from Step 10. 

Some amount are lapsed in PD Accounts in 2019-20 financial year and re 21 financial year. In this case download and produce 2 financial

21 PD Account statements.Note: 2. For high schools, RMSA Annual grants and CRC grants deposited in the one include the RMSA and CRC grants Receipts and Payment for 

Account of High School in one file.In this way we can download the PD Account Statements of all PD DDOs in a single login.
