AP Jagananna Gorumudda scheme pilot project Uploading of pictures of Urinals, Toilets, Wash Basins Floor through Mobile app
The attention of District Educational Officer, Krishna District is invited above references read above the Hon’ble Education Minister and Principal Secretary School Education have reviewed the monitoring system of Jagananna Gorumudda(MDM) and School Sanitation through Mobile Application with Artificial Intelligence and deploy the AI immediately.
Hence, the Krishna District has been selected for monitoring of School sanitation through Mobile App on Pilot basis so that the data will be evaluated through Artificial Intelligence accordingly the performance reports will generate. Hence, DEO is instructed to direct all MEOs and HMs to upload the required data and photos for verifying Artificial Intelligence working status.
Further, The Head Masters are to be requested to follow the given instructions while uploading the pictures.
How to capture the images:
- Go to IMMS App
- Enter Login ID, Password
- Go to Sanitation Monitoring System
- Image Capture
- Click on School Name
- Then Select Boys/Girls Blocks Capture the Images .
Important Instructions:
1. Capture Images should be very close
2. HM Should check the visibility of the Picture at the time of capture
3. Captured Image should be covered in a right manner for better evolution
4. HMs shall report to the MEO in the following cases
► If the Urinals/Toilets/wash basins/Floor are under construction
► If the Urinals/Toilets/wash basins/Floor are not existed in that school
Further, The District Education Officer, Krishna is requested to issue necessary instructions to all MEOs in the District for successful completion of uploading of images of sanitation in schools through mobile application and the pilot should be completed by 14.10.2020.
