INSTRUCTIONS ON REOPENING OF KGBVS 

The Special Officers have to prepare their own SOPs pertaining to their KGBVS as per the need and local conditions based on the SOPs of GOI and GOVT of A.P .

To sanitize all dormitories, classrooms, administrative block, kitchen and dining hall, bath rooms and toilets.

Arrangements to procure rice, provisions, vegetables, milk, eggs etc. and cooking gas well in advance.

To ensure to arrange the beds in the dormitories with 6 feet of physical distance.

Avoid morning assembly and assembly has to be conducted in their dass rooms including the COVID pledge as part of assembly.

To take up thermal scanning to all staff and students twice a day i.e, Morning, and in the evening.

To arrange for a special room for students with symptoms of cough, cold and fever.

To inform the part-time doctor to visit and supervise the school students according to the necessity. 

To procure all required medicines, necessary arrangements are to be made by the ANM

To purchase the essential preventive items like liquid hand wash, Thermal Scanners. The School level purchasing committee has to take action

To ensure wearing of masks, use of hand wash and to maintain the physical distance the teachers have to give instructions to the students.

To create awareness among Class leaders/House leaders to inform the class Teacher/ANM if any student falls sick.

To inform the parents to attend the school in emergency, instructions are to be given to House Masters and Class Teachers. To take care of the students two teachers should stay on the campus besides the night watchwomen.

NO MASK-NO "MAINTAIN PHYSICAL DISTANCE" ban are to be displayed at prominent places like, dormitories, classrooms, dining hall, Main gate, etc.,

DUTIES OF SENIOR CRT:

To prepare the suitable time table as per COVID protocol.

To observe the classes and to supervise study duties, etc., and to monitor the academic activities.

To prepare study duties as per the COVID protocol.

To Monitor the daily attendance of students in classes and studies.

To implement the SOP Sr. CRT is the in-charge To maintain Social distance among students during classes and studies the Sr. CRT has to take care of.

The Sr. CRT has to assist the Special officer in admission process. 

Sr. CRT has to attend any duty assigned by the Special officer from time to time.

Duties of PETs

To procure and provide vegetables, eggs, milk, gas and provisions. The PET has to take the guidance of the Special officer.

Every day Kitchen and dining hall should be sanitized and kept neat and tidy.

The kitchen staff should wear head caps, masks and gloves while cooking and serving food compulsorily. Wearing rings and bangles, applying nail polish is strictly prohibited.

Store Room and Kitchen should be maintained very clean and tidy.

To supervise the COVID protocol during breakfast, lunch snacks and dinner the PET should co-ordinate with the ANM, house supervisor/loco parentis.

Luke warm drinking water is to be provided to the students as per the need.

Food supply to the students is to be hot and hygienic.

Fresh, neat and clean vegetables are to be cooked.

Sitting of students face to face in dining hall should be avoided.

PET has to undertake any duty assigned by the Special officer.

To supervise the students in wearing the masks, using the hand wash and to follow physical distance during breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner Session

To maintain the campus clean by arranging to dear Bushes and weeds in the campus.

To expose the students to Sun light to gain Vitamin-D in the morning and evening

To conduct Individual exercises and yoga under the supervision of the PET only No mass drill/games are permitted.

To instruct the students to keep their personal belongings neat and clean.

To supervise the students and has to avoid formation of students gathering

DUTIES OF ANM

To supervise the cleanliness in dormitories, classrooms, rooms and toilets

kitchen, dining hall, bath

To Provide medicines in consultation with the authorized doctor and also to provide hand wash to the students

To Guide the students to follow physical distance, wearing of masks and use of hand wash and create awareness about COVID-19.

To Record the temperature of each student with the Thermal scanner every day twice in the morning and evening. 

To take the students to the nearest hospital/PHC if suffering from cold, cough.etc.,

To Request the doctor to visit the school according to the need and get suggestions from him to safe-guard the students' health. 

To convey the parents to visit the school with the permission of the Special officer and House Supervisor if any student falls sick. 

To attend any duty assigned by the Special officer from time to time. 

To instruct the students to keep their personal belongings neat and clean
