In the reference 1st read above it was informed that schools will reopen on 02.11.2020 and 10 requested all the Headmasters to place intend to the supplier for the working days of first 10 days of the month busing on working days and to continue for placing indent for every 10 days duly calculating the worling days basing on the strength of the schools. Accordingly eggs are being supplied to the schools by the egg supplier for the month of November 2020

Further in the reference 2 read above it was informed to all the headmasters to place indent for egg supplier @ 21 Eps to each student basing on the strength of the school under dry ration Phase - VI for September and October 2020. Accordingly eggs are being supplied to the schools by the supplier

In view of the above all the Mandal Educational Officers in the district are requested to submit the epe receipt certificate of the mandal basing on the acquaintances of the Head master of school to this office as given below to submit the same to the Director MDM & Schoof Sanitation, Andhra Pradesh

Certified that MA Certificate for receipt of Ears (Henl Dila Educational Oficial Guntur

has supplied Eees (Hen) to the schools for November 2020 and Phase-VI for the students have obtained the details from all concerned schools with certification of concerned Headmaster and kept the same for school records NOTE: THE CERTIFICATE SHOULD SUBMIT ONLY AFTER COMPLETION OF DRY RATION OF VI PHASE TO SCHOOLS

In the reference 1 read above it was informed that schools will reopen on 02.11.2020 and so requested all the Headmasters to place intend to the Chikki supplier @ 13 chicks for each student tasing an the strength of the schools. Accordingly Chikkis are being supplied to the school by the Chikai supplier for the month of November 2020.

Further in the reference 2" read above it was informed to all the headmasters to place indent for Chii supplier 19 chikkis to each student basing on the strength of the school under dry ration Phase - VI for September and October 2020 Accordingly Chikkis are being supplied to the schools by the Chikki supplier. 

In view of the above all the Mandal Educational Officers in the district are requested to submit the Chikki receipt certificate of the mandal basing on the acquaintances of the Head master of schools to this office as given given below so as to submit the same to the Director MOM & School Sanitation, Andhra Pradesh
