AP School Education Department - COVID -19 - Re-Opening of Schools in graded manner and learning with physical Social Distancing for the academic year 2020-2021 Certain instructions Issued as per Rc.No. 89/M2/2020, Dt:21.11.2020

In continuation of this office Proceedings 3rd cited, all the Deputy Educational Officers / Deputy Inspectors of Schools/Mandal Educational officers in the district are hereby informed to follow the G.O.Rt.No.216 (School Education (PROG.II) Department) Dated. 01/11/2020 and guidelines issued by the Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati vide reference 4th cited and also decision taken to conduct the classes from 6th to 8th in meeting which was conducted with the Joint Collector, (Development),

Krishna and Additional Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha, Krishna Machilipatnam per the G.O.Rt.No.216 (School Education (PROG.II) Department) Dated.01/11/2020.

In this connection, all the Deputy Educational Officers/ Deputy Inspectors of Schools/Mandal Educational officers in the district are hereby instructed to take necessary action

Re-Opening of Schools for conduct of classes 6th to 8th duly follow the instructions given below:

• Strictly follow the guidelines issued in G.O.Rt.No.216 (School Education (PROG.II) Department) Dated 01/11/2020. 
• 10th classes should be conducted regularly.
• Not more than 16 students may be accommodated in a class Room ensuring at least 6 feet distance between students in the seating plan. 

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemnic the Headmaster concerned should identify the availability of class rooms and plan to conduct the classes as per the guidelines issued in G.O.Rt.No.216 (School Education (PROG.II) Department) Dated 01/11/2020 

In case sufficient class rooms are not available in concerned schools follow the below schedule:

Hence, all the Deputy Educational Officers/ Deputy Inspectors of Schools/Mandal Educational officers in the district are hereby instructed to issue necessary instructions to headmasters in their jurisdictions to Re-Opening of Schools in graded manner and learning with physical Social Distancing for the academic year 2020-2021 duly following the guidelines issued in G.O.Rt.No.216 (School Education (PROG.II) Department) Dated 01/11/2020 and as per the instructions issued by the Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati without fail
