AP Samagra Shiksha SIEMAT All the Dist. Educational Officer & Ex-Officio Project Coordinator and Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that, the Gol, MHRD has approved the budget and communicated the PAB 2020-21 minutes vide File No. 14-1 1/2020-IS-18, dt. 3d August, 2020, under quality Component of Vidyardi Vikasam (Child Holistic Development) Elementary Level for Rs.42.00 Lakhs and Secondary & Sr. Secondary Level for Rs. 39.00 Lakhs (Total Rs.81.00 Lakhs) for various activities to be conducted for students' cognitive, physical, social and emotional well-being under the Vidyardi Vikasam programme in AP State.

Accordingly the budget is released to the Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in 13 districts through PD accounts vide reference 2nd cited for conduct of Vidyardi Vikasam (Child Holistic Development) programme in Government Elementary, Secondary and Sr. Secondary Schools in AP at Mandal Level.

Proposed Activities under Vidya Vikasam at District Level for Elementary Secondary & Sr. Secondary Schools.

Elementary, సెకండరీ, సీనియర్ సెకండరీ పాఠశాల, కళాశాలలలో 21.12.20 నుండి 31.12. 20 తేది వరకు Language festivals జరిపించాలి. ఈ కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహణకు  మండల స్థాయిలో MEO గారి అధ్యకతన ఒక మండల కమిటీ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి. ఇందులో అందరూ హైస్కూల్ HMs మరియు భాషా ఉపాధ్యాయులుతో ఉంటారు. మండల కమిటీ కార్యక్రమంను  విజయవంతంగా నిర్వహించుటకు బడ్జెట్ కు అనుగుణంగా ప్రణాళిక చేసుకోవచ్చును. 

ప్రతీ మండలానికి భాషా ఉత్సవాల నిర్వహణకు అమౌంట్  ఇవ్వబడుతుంది. కావున  ఒక బ్యానర్ మరియు విద్యార్థులకు  certificates, ప్రైజెస్, స్నాక్స్, మంచి నీరు  ఇవ్వవలసి ఉంది. 

రోజువారీ కార్యక్రమం:

1. 21.12.20 :   పాఠశాల స్థాయిలో వ్యాస రచన పోటీలు జరిపించాలి.
2. 22.12.20 : మండల స్థాయిలో వ్యాస రచన పోటీలు
3. 23.12.20: పాఠశాల స్థాయిలో నాటికలు పోటీలు
4. 24.12.20 మండల స్థాయిలో నాటిక పోటీలు
5. 26.12.29:పాఠశాల స్థాయిలో  language games 
6. 27.12.20: మండల స్థాయిలో language games
7. 28.12.20 పాఠశాల స్థాయిలో  పద్యాల పోటీలు
8. 29.12.20 మండల  స్థాయిలో  పద్యాల పోటీలు
9. 30.12.20 పాఠశాల స్థాయిలో చదవడం, రాయడం పోటీలు
10. 31.12.20 మండల స్థాయిలో చదవడం, రాయడం పోటీలు

విద్యార్థులు ఇంటి వద్ద నుండి కూడా పోటీలో పాల్గొనవచ్చును. వారు రాసిన పత్రాలను   ఉపాధ్యాయులు గాని, CRP లు గాని తీసుకొని మండల స్థాయి పోటీలకు పంపించవచ్చును. మండల విజేతలను ప్రతీ అంశమునకు సంబందించి ముగ్గురిని  బహుమతులుకు ఎంపిక చేయాలి. Elementary స్థాయి (1 నుండి 8 తరగతులు) నుండి ముగ్గురు, సెకండరీ స్థాయి 9 వ తరగతి నుండి 12 వ తరగతి వరకు ముగ్గుర్ని విజేతలుగా ప్రకటించి సర్టిఫికెట్స్, బహుమతులు ఇవ్వాలి. విజేతల పేర్లు,

ఫొటోస్, వీడియోస్ ప్రతీ రోజూ సాయంత్రానికి జిల్లాకు పంపించాలి.

 ప్రతీ పాఠశాల నుండి తప్పనిసరిగా participation ఉండాలి. ఉపాధ్యాయులు అందరూ బాధ్యత వహించి విద్యార్థులకు సూచనలు ఇవ్వాలి. 

పోటీలలో COVID నిబంధనలు పాటించాలి. శానిటైజర్ లు, మాస్కులు ఉండాలి
