APSWREIS Junior Colleges/BG INTER CET - 2021 Admission Notification Scheduled Dates

Applications are invited to fill up seats in Intermediate lS year in 164 Balayogi Gurukulams and 3 APSWR ITT-Medical Academies through Balayogi Gurukulam Intermediate Common Entrance Test (BG INTER CET 2021)

Interested candidates can submit their online applications from 17th June 2021 to 7th July 2021 through http://apgpcet.apcfss.inllnter/ 

The exam date will be announced later and will be informed through http://apgpcet.apcfss.in

Inter/ and through a message to the registered mobile phones of the candidates. 

Instructions for filling the online application form 

Candidate should apply within his/her own district. If the group desired by the candidate is not available in the same district, the candidate can apply in other district of the same zone. 

Students who are studying Telugu Medium in 10th class are also eligible to apply. 

Boys have to apply in boy's colleges and Girls have to apply in girl's colleges only. 

Any updates regarding the exam shall be sent through SMS to the registered mobile phones of the candidates. Hence, the candidates should provide the working mobile numbers of their parents or guardians. 

Eligibility Criteria 

Eligibility Criteria Details Academics Students who are appearing for SSC Public Examination in 2021 

Age The age of the student shall not exceed 17 years as on 31.08.2021. In case of the students studying in APSWR Schools and Social Welfare (SW) hostels have a relaxation of 1 year 

Income The annual income of the parent of the applicant shall not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- per annum as certified by Tahsildar/MRO 

Reservation The reservation pattern is as follows: Category wise Reservation (%) 

• Scheduled Caste (SC) 75% 
• SC — Converted Christian (BC-C) 12% 
• Scheduled Tribe (ST) 6% 
• Backward Classes (BC) 5% 
• Other castes (OC) 2% 

The above reservation criteria is further subject to the following conditions: 

Out of a total reserved seats of 87% for SC and SC-converted Christian [75% for SC and 12% SC-Converted Christian], 75% of seats are reserved for students who are studying in Balayogi Gurukulams and Social Welfare Hostels. 

The Remaining 25% seats will be given to open competition among SC students including SC-Converted Christian viz, those who studied in any other recognized institution. 

Out of the total reserved seats of 13% meant for ST, BC and OC [ST (6%), BC (5%) and OC (2%)], 75% of seats are reserved for the students who are studying in Balayogi Gurukulams and Social Welfare Hostels and 25% for students in these categories who studied in any other recognized institution. 

3% of overall seats will be reserved for the physically challenged children who can attend their work without anybody's help, based on the certificate issued by the Medical Board. 

3% overall seats will be reserved under sports quota. Priority among the below categories will be given based on the guidelines by the Government of AP. 

I. International Events recognized by Government of AP 

II. Jr. Nationals SGFI/CM cup (Inter State) or equivalent events recognized by Govt of AP- Participation 

III. National level Association (Gold/Silver /Bronze) or equivalent events recognized by Govt of AP 

IV. State level SGFI/CM cup (Inter district) or equivalent events recognized by Govt of AP- Participation 

V. State level Associations (Gold/Silver/ Bronze) or equivalent events recognized by Govt of AP 

VI. State level Inter Societies (Winner/ Runner Up or Gold/Silver/Bronze) or equivalent events recognized by Govt of AP 

up to 3% of seats are earmarked for orphans/destitutes (as per G.O.Ms.No.47, Dated 3 1.08.2010 of Women & Child Welfare Department). 

3% of the seats in each category are to be earmarked for the wards of SAFAT KARAMCHARIS 

All vacant seats after the completion of admission process/non-availability of other category students, shall be filled by SC candidates.

Admission procedure for Balavogi Gurukulams (APSWR Junior Colleges 

The applicant must submit his / her application through ONLINE mode in website http://apgpcet.apcfss.inllnter/ 

The candidates must opt the colleges and groups in order of their priority. 

The candidates shall be considered for admission into the colleges according to their preference, based on the availability of seats in those institutions as per the rule of reservation and merit. The option once exercised is final and cannot be changed. 

The list of Balayogi Gurukulams(APSWR Junior Colleges) with groups and sanctioned seats is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A 

The candidates should download the Hall ticket (Admit Card) one week before the exam dates, which will be announced later and informed through their registered mobile phone. 

NOTE: 

• No Fees is chargedfor the submission of online application 

• Selected candidates have to produce the following certfIcates to the principal at the time of admission: 

1. 10th Class Pass certflcates 

2. Caste certfIcates 

3. Income certflcate 

4. Transfer certflcate (TC) 

Admission procedure for APSWR lIT-Medical Academies 

In order to appear for the exam for ITT-Medical Academies, related option has to be selected within the online registration form. 

Those who comes in merit list in the BG Inter CET paper will be called for the exam for ITT-Medical academies in the ratio of 1:3 (3 candidates for 1 seat). 

Candidates will be informed about exam dates and other details through their registered mobile phones. 

The list of 3 APSWR lIT-Medical Academies with groups and available seats is enclosed herewith in Annexure-B
