* Gratuaty =last basic pay+DA×1/4 × అర్ధ సంవత్సర సర్వీసు యూనిట్లు.    

** Ex:30సం రిటైర్మెంట్.  26300+20487+1/4×   60=46787×15=701805-00.    

                           

Note:

3 నెలలు దాటి 9 నెలల లోపు ఉంటే ఒక అర్ధ సంవత్సర యూనిట్. 

Above 9 నెలల నుంచి 11నెలలు =1సంవత్సర యూనిట్.      

సంవత్సరమునకు 2 యూనిట్లు.

ఉదా: 30 సంవత్సరముల 4 నెలలు= 60+1=61యూనిట్లు.  

28 సంవత్సరముల 10 నెలలు= 56+2=58యూనిట్లు.     

Maximum=12లక్షల

Pension బెనిఫిట్ లో పైసా వచ్చినా రూపాయిగా లెక్కించాలి.
