In the reference 1st cited above, the Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi has issued guidelines for taken up of rationalization process for all the aided institutions in the district as per the enrolment of the school as on the last working day of the academic year 2020-21 (19-04-2021 for primary and upper primary schools) as reported by the managements in thechild info of the Unified District Information of School Education (UDISE+).

In view of the above, all the Mandal Educational Officers in the district are instructed to submit the details of Roll Particulars as on 19.04.2021, Cadre Strength Particulars, Teacher Particulars in the prescribed proformas (A,B& C) duly obtaining from the Head Masters & Correspondents of the Aided Primary & Upper Primary Schools concerned. The ink signed copies of the above data should reach this office on or before 19.06.2021 at 5PM duly countersigned by the Mandal Educational Officer concerned.

This should be treated as most urgent and important work.
