రాష్ట మరియు జిల్లా ఉన్నతాధికారుల ఆదేశాల మేరకు జిల్లా లోని ప్రభుత్వ యాజమాన్యంలోని అన్ని పాఠశాలలలో బేస్ లైన్ పరీక్ష చక్కగా నిర్వహిస్తున్నందులకు ముందుగా ఉప విద్యాశాఖాధికారులకు, మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారులకు, ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు, ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ధన్యవాదాలు. 

బేస్ లైన్ పరీక్ష జవాబు పత్రాలను విద్యార్ధుల తల్లిదండ్రుల ద్వారా తెప్పించుకొని వాటిని వెంటనే మూల్యాంకనము చేయాలి.

సి.ఎస్.ఇ  పోర్టల్ త్వరలో ఓపెన్ అవుతుంది. పోర్టల్ ఓపెన్ అయిన వెంటనే తరగతి వారీగా, సబ్జెక్టు వారీగా ప్రతి విద్యార్ధి మార్కులు . సి.ఎస్.ఇ సైట్ నందు నమోదు చేయాలి.

బేస్ లైన్ పరీక్ష కొరకు ఉపాధ్యాయులు రూపొందించిన ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలను, పరీక్ష వ్రాస్తున్న సందర్భంగా విద్యార్దులకు వారి తల్లిదండ్రులు తీసిన ఫోటోలు తప్పనిసరిగా సేకరించాలి.

చక్కగా రూపొందించిన ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలను, విద్యార్దుల పరీక్ష వ్రాస్తున్న ఫోటోలను, జవాబుపత్రాలు సమర్పిస్తున్న సందర్భంగా తీసిన ఫోటోలను  సేవ్  చేయాలి. వాటినుండి ఉత్తమమైన 5 ఫొటోస్ ఎస్.సి.ఇ.ఆర్.టి వారి మెయిల్ కు పంపించాలి.

కొద్ది రోజులలో అన్ని మండలాలకు వారధి వర్క్ షీట్స్ సప్లై చేయబడతాయి. వాటిని వెంటనే ప్రభుత్వ యాజమాన్యంలోని అన్ని పాఠశాలలకు అందించాలి.

ఆన్లైన్ లో సప్తగిరి ఛానల్ నందు బోధన ప్రారంభమైన పిదప మాత్రమే విద్యార్దులకు వారధి వర్క్ షీట్స్ రోజువారి అందించవలెను.

6 నుండి 9 తరగతుల విద్యార్దులకు గత విద్యా సంవత్సరం అనగా 2020-21 విద్యా సంవత్సరంలో నిర్వహించిన FA-1 మరియు FA-2 ల మార్కులను ఇంకా కొన్ని పాఠశాలల వారు సి.ఎస్.ఇ పోర్టల్ నందు పూర్తిగా నమోదు చేయలేదు. అలాంటి పాఠశాలలు వెంటనే వాటిని నమోదు చేయాలి
