1. Government of Andhra Pradesh has taken several steps to contain the spread of Covid-19 with focus on test-trace-treat-vaccinate and inculcating COVID appropriate behaviour amongst the people. 

2. After a thorough review of the Covid-19 situation and keeping in view of the overall decline in the number of Covid positive cases and also gradual decrease in positivity rate, in partial modification of the orders issued in G.O.9th read above, Government hereby extend the curfew upto 21.07.2021 from 10.00 PM to 6.00 AM in the entire State. 

3. All business establishments, firms, shops, offices etc. may function normally during the period from 6.00 AM to 10.00 PM duly following the COVID Protocol. 

The exemptions specified in the G.Os 1st to 3rd read above shall continue to be in force during the curfew timings. 

4. The Collectors and District Magistrates in the State shall impose Regulations Under Section 144 of Cr PC prohibiting any gathering of more than five persons during this period. This shall not be applicable for people standing in queues following social distance norms for purchasing goods and services. 

5. The following steps shall be taken to enforce COVID appropriate behavior at all times: 


(i) Wearing of mask by all individuals in public places is mandatory and non-compliance shall attract a penalty of Rs.100/-. Mask should cover nose and mouth at all times. 

(ii) Establishments/firms/shops etc., allowing any person without a mask into its premises, shall attract a penalty of Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- depending upon the gravity of the offence. 

(iii) If any gross violation occurs in following the COVID Protocol in any market / Commercial establishment, such market/ establishment shall be closed for 1 or 2 days depending on the seriousness of the violation in order to promote compliance with the Covid appropriate behaviour. 

(iv) The Market Associations shall be activated to generate awareness on COVID appropriate behavior in the Market premises and the penalties being imposed for failure to do so. 

(v) Cases of violation of Covid appropriate behavior in premises of shops etc., may be brought to notice of the authorities by means of photographs to be posted on a number to be notified by the Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare. Appropriate mechanism to take action against such shops and establishments shall be created by the Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare within a period of one week. 

6. Any violation of the aforesaid instructions shall result in prosecution under Sections 51 to 60 of Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Section 188 of IPC as well as other applicable Laws. 

7. The Collectors & District Magistrates, Commissioners of Police and Superintendents of Police shall enforce these orders in the State scrupulously. 

8. These orders shall be in force upto 21.07.2021
